No Soliciting
I went to OMSI today so my daughter could play at the Science Playground. I usually hear the normal things…”use your words”…”do we need to say sorry?”, etc.
But today, I heard the Gold Prize Winner. After a kid took a toy from another boy, the mother said, “You have to ask him if you can use that…don’t just take it. I’d also suggest soliciting trades”.
Who talks to a 3 or 4 year old like that?
I now know why people here don’t like to use cash (money, dollars) to buy things or for services rendered…they should just trade something for it.
Wish my landlord accepted trades.
